About me
I qualified as a dentist and practiced dentistry for 10 years before turning my attention to law and subsequently qualifying and practicing as a barrister and then solicitor.
Experience
I have practiced exclusively in acting for claimants in clincial negligence claims for nearly 30 years. In 2000, I joined with Greg Waldron in founding The Dental Law Partership, the first law firm in the country to act exclusively for patients in claims against dentists, and now the leading claimant firm in this area of specialist litigation. I have written extensively on dento-legal matters and have published chapters in 2 leading textbooks on dental law and ethics and clinical negligence.
The Dental Law Partnership pinoneered the use of conditional fee agreements which enabled patients to bring meritorious claims that they would not otherwise have been able to pursue without serious financial risk.
The Medical Law Partnership will continue the highly specialist and customised service that the Dental Law Partnership pioneered across the entire landscape of clinical negligence claims.
