About me
Having specialised in clinical negligence cases since 2002, I progressed from running a busy caseload of a variety of claims with a very high success rate, to becoming a director of the Medical Law Partnership.
I am joint head of litigation, ensuring that cases are thoroughly investigated and accurately presented, to ensure the best outcome for our clients.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling the world, spending time with my family, skiing and hiking.
Experience
I keep up to date with changes to the law surrounding civil litigation and have been involved in changing the law by taking two test cases to the Court of Appeal to ensure that as many clients as possible can have access to justice.
